.SO 💔HEARTBREAKING...JUST CAN'T UNDERSTAND 1806 DAYS AT THE SHELTER...AND 😢NO ONE...

Cecil was turned into the shelter at about 2/3 years old when his owner moved and could t take him with him.
Now almost 5 years later he is still at the shelter
Cecil enjoys the company of other dogs and is okay with cats.
He is not the type to run around and wrestle in play group. Cecil loves car rides and walks pretty well on leash. He loves people and really enjoys going out for walks.
Good with dogs, cats, older children are preferred
Please, adopt, foster ...give Cecil the chance that he so deserves
